This depends on your project needs. I like to book most projects 1-2 weeks out so you have plenty of time to organize all the materials I’ll need for the day of. This may include answering an in-depth questionnaire, writing website copy, gathering brand photos, or even getting a brand identity created! Every client and every project is different.

Yes and no. There are no meetings, phone calls, or emailing the day of. However, you do need to have your phone near you with WhatsApp or Voxer notifications turned on in order to answer quick questions or give quick feedback. Otherwise you can go about your day as normal! I would just recommend not taking any meetings during the day.

Include a Loom overview of your project if you’re feeling fancy ;) If I believe your project qualifies for a VIP Design Day I’ll email you a link to book a complimentary consult call to talk details. If we both agree to move forward with working together, I’ll quickly email you a proposal, contract, and invoice. As soon as the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, you’re officially on my calendar!

A 25% retainer is due upon booking to secure your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is due the Friday before your VIP Design Day. Depending on how far in advance you book your date the payments can be broken up into smaller amounts.

I will always do my best to complete your project on time, but sometimes tech and life happen. If there isn’t another VIP Design Day available within a reasonable time frame, I’ll try to work on your project over the course of a few days the following week. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE. I am only able to do this if my schedule allows. If we can’t come to an agreement 75% of your fee will be refunded.

All VIP Design Days are a flat $997 regardless of the type of project.

Due to the nature of a VIP Design Day, I can’t complete the job without your pre-work. If you don’t prepare in time for our date I will offer a one-time rescheduling option. If we can’t agree upon a new date, you forfeit 75% of your fee simply because that is time and money I can’t get back in my business.

We will use Google Drive, Google Docs, Loom, and WhatsApp OR Voxer.

If you need to cancel, but not reschedule, you are welcome to do so, but the 25% retainer is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 7 days before your date without a fee. Rescheduling in less than 7 days will incur a $75 fee.
