How long do projects typically take?
Brand identity projects typically take 4–6 weeks, while full brand and website projects generally take 8–12 weeks, depending on scope and client availability. Exact timelines are outlined clearly in your proposal so you know what to expect before the project begins.
What is your design process like?
Every project begins with strategy. Before any design work begins, we take time to clarify the foundation of your brand — your audience, messaging, positioning, and the role your brand should play in your business. From there we move into visual identity design and website design, creating something cohesive, thoughtful, and easy for your audience to understand.
Do I need both branding and a website?
Not always — it depends on where your business is right now. Some clients come to the studio preparing for a new launch or full rebrand, which means we begin with brand identity design and then move into website design. Others already have an established brand identity and simply need a strategic website designed to bring their brand to life online. During the inquiry process, we’ll determine the best starting point for your business.
What does it cost to work together?
Brand identity projects and custom Showit website projects both begin at $5,000, with final investment depending on the scope and needs of the project. After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll follow up with a proposal outlining recommended services, deliverables, timeline, and investment.

What if I’m not completely sure what I need yet?
That’s completely normal. Many clients reach out knowing they need help with their brand or website but aren’t entirely sure what the best starting point is. The inquiry form simply helps me understand where your business is right now and what you're hoping to create. From there, I can recommend the service or project structure that will support your goals best. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out — that’s part of what I’m here to help with.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. All projects include flexible payment plans of up to six months, allowing clients to spread their investment out over the course of the project. For larger projects, longer payment plans may be available and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis during the proposal stage. My goal is to make the process financially manageable while still allowing us to create thoughtful, high-quality work together.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
I’ll review your inquiry and follow up within 1–2 business days. If it looks like we might be a good fit, I’ll send next steps along with project details, timeline information, and availability.
Do you offer ongoing design support after a project is finished?
Yes — many clients continue working with the studio after their initial project. As businesses grow, brands naturally evolve. I offer opportunities for ongoing collaboration to support future website updates, marketing initiatives, and new brand applications as needed.
